At Expedition Community Supports Program in Casco, ME, we are dedicated to empowering adults with developmental disabilities through year-round, community-based day services that encourage active and healthy lifestyles. Our mission is to create an inclusive environment where participants can explore healthy food choices, engage in physical activities, and foster new friendships while enjoying a variety of enriching experiences. Our diverse program activities range from exciting sports and outdoor adventures like hiking, to creative arts and crafts, cooking sessions, and caring for our chickens. We also facilitate field trips and volunteer projects that enhance community involvement. To join our program, participants must qualify for Section 21 or 29 Waivers from the Department of Health & Human Services (DHHS), but we also offer self-pay options for those without a Waiver, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to benefit from our supportive services.
