Dana Baldwin is often described as down to earth and easy to talk to, qualities that create a safe space for clients to open up and work through their issues deeply. Utilizing evidence-based approaches, she draws on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), mindfulness, and humanistic psychology to guide clients toward meaningful progress. Her experience has shown that individuals can become trapped in negative patterns due to childhood experiences and entrenched mindsets. In a holistic manner, Dana tailors her therapy to address the inner work needed to shift beliefs and mindsets, aligning them with her clients’ goals while considering the various facets that contribute to their challenges. She effectively supports clients dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship difficulties. Her strengths-based, holistic approach empowers clients to move from gaining insight into their problems to implementing positive changes in their daily lives. Dana earned her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from U Mass Boston and brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice.
