Kit Dowling is a compassionate therapist whose approach to counseling embraces the uniqueness of each individual. With extensive experience working with adults aged 18 to 75 facing attachment issues, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, health concerns, trauma, grief, and other significant life changes, Kit focuses on deep inner work that fosters self-awareness and a strong connection with the body. Known for providing an environment conducive to transformation, Kit is EMDR certified and serves as an approved EMDRIA consultant. In addition to facilitating EMDR trainings, Kit offers supervision to clinicians who have completed Basic Training or aspire to become EMDR certified.
