Caitlin Ambo, an experienced counselor (LCPC-C), specializes in providing therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. She believes in creating a safe and supportive environment that meets clients where they are, allowing them to address trauma and daily frustrations. Throughout her career, Caitlin has successfully assisted clients of all ages in overcoming trauma, managing mental illness, and navigating daily life stressors that affect their well-being. Utilizing telehealth services, she employs a variety of techniques to help clients achieve their personal goals, emphasizing a client-centered approach. Trained in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), she also incorporates art therapy and play to facilitate self-expression. Furthermore, Caitlin is currently in training for Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, enhancing her skills as an EMDR therapist in training.
