MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Auburn, ME, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion solutions. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities undergoes annual obesity screening, while providing tailored treatment options that cater to individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of services including supportive group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and convenient in-home assistance through TeleMOVE! and the MOVE! Coach mobile app, allowing Veterans to engage with their weight management journey at their own pace. For those seeking additional options, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who continue to face challenges after utilizing MOVE! resources.
