Project HEAL
Alfred, ME US
Alfred, ME US
The Meal Support Program in Alfred, ME, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support tailored specifically for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our sessions are held four times daily, featuring live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to enjoy nutrition alongside peer support. With each session led by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, our goal is to foster a sense of community and understanding during the recovery process. Once enrolled, individuals are encouraged to join as many sessions as fits their schedule, allowing for flexible participation in their healing journey. Please note that while our program offers essential support, it is not designed for urgent care or crisis services. For immediate assistance, we recommend reaching out to crisis support resources.
