Located in Alfred, ME, Cancer Transitions is a dedicated program designed for survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed treatment. While it primarily supports those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, the program remains beneficial for survivors at any stage of their journey. We offer a holistic approach that includes nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management support, all aimed at fostering a healthier, more empowered transition into life after cancer.
