THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Westminster, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. Our program offers outpatient ambulatory health services with a focus on both primary care and HIV specialty care, alongside medical case management available in both clinic and community settings. We understand the importance of mental health and substance use treatment, providing outpatient services for those battling opioid use disorder, including access to Suboxone® prescriptions. To support overall wellness, we also offer medical nutritional therapy through nutritionist consultations and essential food assistance, including access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additional services such as legal support, transportation assistance, health insurance premium cost-sharing to help with copays, and emergency financial aid for medications are also available.
