The THRIVE Program in Takoma Park, MD, is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV, focusing on holistic health and wellness. Our mission is to empower our community through a range of essential services, including outpatient health care, specialized HIV treatment, mental health support, and outpatient substance abuse services, specifically addressing opioid use disorder with programs like Suboxone® prescriptions. We believe in the importance of nutrition, offering medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank and home-delivered meals to ensure no one goes hungry. Additional services include professional legal assistance, transportation vouchers for public transit, health insurance premium support, and emergency financial aid for medications.
