The THRIVE Program in Sykesville, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Hepatitis C and Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) through comprehensive care and support. Our mission is to prevent, treat, and manage health conditions with a holistic approach that includes outpatient ambulatory services for primary and specialty care, medical case management both at our clinic and in the community, and mental health services. We provide vital support for those experiencing substance use disorders, including outpatient treatment options for opioid use disorder with Suboxone® prescriptions. To ensure that our clients have access to essential nutrition, we offer food bank services and home-delivered meals alongside medical nutritional therapy. Additionally, we assist with transportation needs, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications, making it easier for those we serve to thrive in their daily lives.
