Michele Pierce, LCSW-C, is a compassionate Clinical Social Worker and Therapist dedicated to guiding adults and elders through their personal journeys of growth and healing. By questioning thought patterns that create limiting belief systems, she helps clients break free from negative life patterns. Michele employs a variety of therapeutic techniques, including Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, among others, to support clients in overcoming hurdles preventing them from experiencing happiness and fulfillment.
