Based in Stevensville, MD, the Prader-Willi Syndrome Association (PWSA) is dedicated to providing essential support to individuals with Prader-Willi syndrome, along with their families and care providers. Our Family Support team is committed to delivering accurate information and comprehensive assistance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring that families feel empowered and informed. We offer a range of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, and personalized meal planning, as well as behavior management support tailored to individual needs. Additionally, we guide families through the often complex processes of obtaining Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
