Patient Financial Assistance Program

Located in Severna Park, MD, the Hemophilia Foundation of Maryland's Patient Financial Assistance Program is dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders. We provide financial assistance for eligible individuals facing challenges with medical treatment expenses and essential living costs. Our mission is to alleviate the financial burden by offering support directly to healthcare providers and service creditors, ensuring that necessary care can proceed without delay. While we cannot reimburse prior expenses, our program is designed to help families navigate their ongoing needs. To qualify for assistance, individuals must complete an application, which also grants membership in the Hemophilia Foundation, reinforcing our commitment to community and support for those in need.
