Erin Betz is a dedicated clinical social worker and therapist, deeply appreciative of those seeking support for their mental health journeys. Erin is passionate about creating a safe and empowering environment where clients can be their authentic selves while striving to achieve their aspirations. With a strengths-based and client-centered approach, she utilizes expressive modalities including art therapy techniques, yoga and movement, mindfulness, and Play Therapy, which enhance the essential mind-body connection. As a Child and Adolescent Trauma Professional (CATP), Erin specializes in working with trauma survivors and is currently pursuing certification as a Social Emotional Awareness Learning (S.E.A.L.) Provider, allowing her to collaborate with schools and families to foster healthy emotional intelligence. She understands the challenges of life stressors and feelings of being overwhelmed, making her an empathetic partner in her clients' journeys toward wellness.
