THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Severn, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals living with or affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive care and support services. Our mission is to enhance the well-being of our community by providing essential outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary care and specialized HIV treatment. We prioritize holistic health through medical case management, mental health services, and substance abuse outpatient treatment programs, including assistance for opioid use disorder. Additionally, we recognize the importance of nutrition and offer medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals. We also provide other valuable resources such as legal services, transportation assistance for accessing care, support for health insurance premiums, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring that all clients have the resources they need to thrive and manage their health effectively.
