THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

Located in Salisbury, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals living with Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. Our program offers vital outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary and HIV specialty care, along with medical case management both in-clinic and within the community. We prioritize mental health support, substance abuse treatment with a focus on opioid use disorder, and provide medical nutritional therapy through consultations with our nutritionists. In addition, our food bank ensures access to healthy meals, while our home-delivered meals program supports those in need. We also offer essential professional services such as legal assistance, transportation tokens for public transit, health insurance premium cost-sharing to help with copays, and emergency financial aid for medications.
