MOVE! Weight Management Program in Salisbury, MD is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran annually at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management solutions that fit their individual needs. We offer a range of supportive options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! for those who prefer remote assistance. Veterans can also benefit from the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, as well as access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional support after trying our program.
