Selena Sandruck is a compassionate pre-licensed professional who understands the struggles many face when processing thoughts and emotions related to life situations, relationships, or past events. For individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or substance use disorders, Selena offers an innovative approach through art therapy. By integrating established principles of psychotherapy with creative expression, she helps clients articulate difficult emotions that are often challenging to convey verbally. Her art therapy sessions invite individuals, regardless of their artistic abilities, to engage with various art materials and enhance their therapeutic journey. As an art therapy intern, Selena is dedicated to making her services accessible by offering them at a significantly reduced pro bono rate because she believes that financial barriers should not prevent anyone from seeking the support they need. Recognizing the unique experiences that shape each person’s perspective, she provides a safe space for clients to explore life's challenges and discover the positives that can lead them back to solid ground.
