Barbara Annetta Williams is a licensed clinical professional counselor with a Master’s degree and extensive experience supporting individuals seeking to heal their relationship problems. Her ideal clients are those who recognize the anxiety and concerns stemming from their relationships, and who are eager to develop tools for self-connection and harmony with others. Barbara's clients aim for inner peace and a more fulfilling, productive life. She provides a unique blend of insight, compassion, and straightforward communication. Barbara’s personal life journey has led her to explore her own challenges, resulting in the creation of a self-help radio show and co-authoring two transformative self-help books: 'Learning to Love Yourself' and 'Raising African American Boys.' In her practice, she encourages clients to examine the origins of their thoughts and the influences on their mindset. She teaches that the circumstances of life have no inherent power unless one chooses to give them that power.
