Each participant benefits from a one-on-one Mental Health Coordinator, access to a supportive Day Program that encourages social interaction and coping strategies, and a Health and Wellness Program designed to promote overall well-being. With options for virtual and telehealth appointments, we ensure ongoing support tailored to each person's needs. Our trained Care Coordinators are committed to connecting individuals with essential resources, assisting with issues related to substance use, homelessness, and employment.
