THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Oakland, MD is dedicated to providing comprehensive support for those living with chronic illnesses, including Hepatitis C and HIV. Our mission focuses on preventing, treating, and managing these conditions through a range of services designed to meet our clients' diverse needs. We offer outpatient health services, specialized medical case management, and mental health care to ensure holistic health for our community. Additionally, our program provides critical substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone® prescriptions, along with medical nutritional therapy to enhance overall well-being. At THRIVE, we understand that access to food is vital, and so we offer a food bank and home-delivered meals to ensure no one goes hungry. Our other services include transportation support, health insurance assistance, and emergency financial aid for medications, ensuring that all individuals have the resources they need to thrive and lead healthier lives.
