MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Nottingham, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans annually for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of options, including engaging group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and our innovative TeleMOVE! for those who prefer in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take control of their weight management journey independently. For individuals who continue facing challenges despite participating in MOVE!, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
