Located in Lusby, MD, Family Support is dedicated to assisting individuals and families affected by Prader-Willi syndrome. Our mission is to offer compassionate and comprehensive support from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to reliable information and resources. We provide a variety of services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, our team is here to guide families through the application processes for Medicaid, insurance coverage, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
