At the THRIVE Program in Leonardtown, MD, we are dedicated to empowering individuals affected by Hepatitis C and HIV through comprehensive care, support, and resources tailored to their needs. Our mission is to ensure access to essential outpatient health services, including primary and specialty HIV care, all delivered in a welcoming environment. Our compassionate team offers medical case management, mental health care, and outpatient substance abuse treatment, including support for opioid use disorder with Suboxone® prescriptions. We also provide medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank that delivers nutritious meals directly to those in need. Additionally, we offer vital services such as legal assistance, transportation support, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications, making it easier for our clients to navigate their health journeys and thrive in their communities.
