The Center for Children is Southern Maryland's premier organization dedicated to preventing and treating child abuse while promoting positive mental health for children, youth, and families. With a commitment to crisis intervention and education, the Center serves over 4,500 individuals annually across multiple counties. Its comprehensive mental health services include individual and family therapy, play and group therapy, psychological testing, and over 19 specialized programs tailored to meet the needs of children and families.
