Dr. Valeka Moore, often affectionately referred to as The Transformation Activator and The Mental Detox Therapist, brings over 17 years of expertise in clinical social work. With a specialization in solution-focused and integrative approaches, she adeptly addresses concerns such as limiting beliefs, mental blocks, depression, anxiety, and learning difficulties. Dr. Moore is dedicated to helping her clients understand their symptoms and exploring their origins. She collaborates with them to devise a tailored success plan aimed at detoxifying the mind and body, ultimately restoring them to optimal health and peak performance in their personal, professional, and educational journeys. While she is currently not taking on new clients for individual therapy, she offers transformative 1:1 sessions through her brain-optimizing Neurofeedback therapy, a natural and non-invasive method for alleviating depression, anxiety, attentional challenges, and sleep issues. Additionally, she invites participants to join her in enriching virtual group therapy experiences, including The Mental Detox (Stress & Life Transitions), The Mood Reset (Depression), The Anxiety Release (Anxiety), Refocus (Focus & Attention Challenges), and The Sleep Reset (Insomnia & Sleep Challenges).
