MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Halethorpe, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through tailored weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity each year and has access to a variety of effective treatment options that align with their personal goals and lifestyles. We offer a range of services including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-directed management. For Veterans who need additional assistance, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after exploring other MOVE! options.
