Located in Greenbelt, MD, the THRIVE Program provides essential health services with a focus on preventing and managing illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Our dedicated team offers comprehensive outpatient ambulatory care, including both primary and specialty health services tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. We are committed to holistic well-being, providing medical case management, mental health care, and support for substance use disorders, including outpatient treatment options like Suboxone®. Additionally, we understand the importance of nutrition in recovery, offering medical nutritional therapy and access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. Our program also includes transportation assistance, legal services, and emergency financial aid for medication copays, ensuring our community members have the resources they need to thrive.
