Every participant is paired with a dedicated Mental Health Coordinator who guides them through their journey. Our comprehensive offerings include a Day Program that fosters social skills and coping strategies, a Health and Wellness Program aimed at improving both mental and physical health, and access to telehealth appointments for convenience. Additionally, our trained Care Coordinators help connect consumers with essential resources addressing various needs such as substance abuse, homelessness, and employment.
