The Emergency Financial Assistance Program (EFA) in Frederick, MD, is dedicated to supporting individuals living with HIV/AIDS in the District of Columbia and Suburban Maryland who are facing financial difficulties. Our mission is to alleviate the burdens of financial hardship by providing essential assistance in multiple areas, including first month's rent, delinquent rent, overdue utility bills, and moving expenses.
