At the THRIVE Program in Fort Washington, MD, we are dedicated to empowering individuals affected by a range of illnesses, including Hepatitis C and HIV, through comprehensive healthcare and support services. Our program offers vital outpatient health services, including primary and specialty care, alongside tailored medical case management and mental health care. We address the critical needs of our community by providing substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, medical nutritional therapy, and access to our food bank and home-delivered meals. In addition to these essential services, we facilitate transportation assistance, help with health insurance costs, and emergency financial aid for medications.
