THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Fallston, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals facing health challenges related to Hepatitis C and HIV by offering comprehensive prevention, treatment, and management services. We provide a range of essential healthcare solutions, including outpatient ambulatory health services, medical case management both in-clinic and in the community, and mental health care. Our program also addresses substance use disorders with outpatient treatment options, including Suboxone® prescriptions, and medical nutritional therapy to support overall wellness. To further assist our clients, we provide access to a food bank and home-delivered meals, legal services, public transportation tokens, health insurance cost-sharing assistance, and emergency financial support for medications.
