Meals on Wheels

Meals on Wheels of Central Maryland Inc serves the Essex, MD community by providing essential home-delivered meals to homebound residents who need our support. Our program ensures that eligible individuals receive nutritious daily meals, including a hot lunch and a cold dinner, delivered by compassionate volunteers from Monday to Friday. Each delivery occurs between 10:30 AM and 1 PM, ensuring that our clients do not go hungry and can maintain their independence at home. For those in need, applying for our services is easy and can be done online; once an application is submitted, we conduct a follow-up phone call to guide applicants through enrollment. We are dedicated to alleviating food insecurity and nurturing well-being in Maryland's communities.
