Each meal, designed by a Registered Dietitian, is tailored to meet specific nutrient requirements for various medical conditions like Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure, while being free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. We ensure access to nutritious meals for Medicaid and Older Americans Act recipients, with eligibility determined through your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, some plans offer meals as part of their support programs, and self-pay options are available at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, ensuring you have the flexibility to select meals each delivery. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services to further support your health journey.
