Supporting Maryland Breast Cancer Families, based in Elkton, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of breast cancer patients and their families by providing essential funding and resources. Our mission focuses on overcoming the common barriers faced during treatment, offering targeted assistance across three key areas: Treatment Transportation, ensuring patients have access to free or affordable travel options like taxi vouchers and gas cards; Family Support, providing meals, groceries, childcare, and household services to ease daily burdens; and Medical Services, covering expenses related to chemotherapy, radiation, medical co-payments, and holistic therapies like acupuncture and massage. We are here to empower families during their journey, helping them navigate the challenges of breast cancer with support and compassion.
