Cancer Transitions, located in Elkton, MD, is a dedicated program designed for cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. While our primary focus is on those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, we extend our support to all survivors, recognizing that the journey to wellness is ongoing. Our holistic approach includes nutritional support to foster healthy eating habits, exercise customization for optimal physical activity, emotional health education to navigate the psychological impact of cancer, and medical management guidance to empower survivors in their ongoing health journey.
