THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Elkridge, MD, is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a comprehensive approach to prevention, treatment, and management of illnesses such as Hepatitis C and HIV. Our services include outpatient ambulatory health care, specialized HIV care, medical case management in both clinic and community settings, and dedicated mental health support. We also address substance use concerns with outpatient treatment options for opioid use disorder, including Suboxone® prescriptions, as well as medical nutritional therapy with professional consultations. Additionally, our program offers a food bank and home-delivered meals to ensure that basic nutritional needs are met. We provide access to other essential services such as legal assistance, transportation tokens for public transit, help with health insurance premiums, and emergency financial support for medications.
