Designed for clients covered under Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act, our meals are carefully crafted by Registered Dietitians to address the unique nutritional needs of individuals facing various health conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure that our meals cater to specific dietary restrictions, free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those who do not qualify for governmental assistance or are self-paying, we offer an affordable option at just $7.75 per meal, allowing for personalized meal selection with convenient delivery. Whether you are a beneficiary of Medicaid or Medicare, or exploring self-pay options, our team is here to guide you through eligibility requirements to access our services. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support your health journey.
