Located in Edgewood, MD, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing essential Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to individuals who qualify under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, or the Older Americans Act. Our program focuses on delivering nutritionally balanced meals crafted by a Registered Dietitian to promote health and wellness, addressing specific medical needs such as Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We pride ourselves on offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring safety and dietary compliance. For those eligible under various state programs, including Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options are available, often coordinated through a Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. Additionally, we support Medicare Advantage beneficiaries by partnering with select PPO plans that include meal delivery as part of their chronic care services. For individuals seeking convenience without government assistance, we provide a self-pay program where clients can choose their meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. Alongside meal delivery, Nutrition for Longevity also offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further enhance the well-being of our clients.
