Our program caters to those eligible for Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals and caregivers seeking affordable self-pay options. Our meals are thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to meet specific nutrient needs for overall health and to address various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We take pride in offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring they are suitable for a wide range of dietary restrictions. If you are a Medicaid recipient or an Older Americans Act beneficiary, please check with your Case Manager about your meal delivery benefits. Medicare Advantage participants may also find meal coverage through certain plans. For those looking for convenience without insurance coverage, our self-pay program allows you to choose your meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, plus a flat shipping fee. N4L is also committed to supporting health through Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, available based on your plan benefits.
