THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

The THRIVE Program in Easton, MD, is dedicated to empowering individuals affected by chronic illnesses, including Hepatitis C and HIV, through comprehensive care and support. Our mission is centered on providing accessible outpatient health services, including primary care and specialized HIV treatment, alongside robust medical case management both in clinic and community settings. We understand the importance of holistic health, which is why we also offer mental health care and outpatient treatment for substance use disorders, including the use of Suboxone®. Nutrition is key to recovery and wellbeing, so our program includes medical nutritional therapy, access to a food bank, and home-delivered meals to ensure that our clients have the food assistance they need. Additionally, we provide vital services like transportation assistance, health insurance premium cost sharing, and emergency financial aid for medications.
