Located in Dundalk, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals living with HIV and Hepatitis C through comprehensive outpatient health services. Our mission encompasses a holistic approach to care, offering essential medical case management, mental health support, and substance use treatment, including innovative therapies for opioid use disorder. We prioritize nutritional health with professional culinary consultations and provide emergency food assistance through our food bank and home-delivered meals. Additionally, we assist with transportation needs, help cover health insurance premiums, and offer emergency financial assistance for medications. At THRIVE, we strive to empower our community to lead healthier lives by addressing not just medical needs, but the overall quality of life for our clients.
