MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Dundalk, MD, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran using VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and linked to the appropriate weight management resources tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer a variety of evidence-based options, including engaging group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for remote support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who face ongoing challenges. To join MOVE! or learn more about our services, Veterans are encouraged to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider, who will guide them on their weight loss journey.
