THRIVE Program - Ryan White Services

Located in Crofton, MD, the THRIVE Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals living with and affected by HIV and Hepatitis C. We offer comprehensive outpatient ambulatory health services, including primary and HIV specialty care, alongside vital medical case management both in our clinic and the community. Our holistic approach includes mental health support, outpatient substance abuse treatment for opioid use disorder, and medical nutritional therapy, ensuring our clients receive the sustenance they need. Additionally, we provide essential resources such as a food bank and home-delivered meals to those in need, alongside transportation assistance and health insurance premium cost-sharing support. With emergency financial assistance for medications and professional services like legal aid, the THRIVE Program is committed to addressing the urgent needs of our community with care and compassion.
