Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health and well-being in Columbia, MD, by providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for clients eligible through Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are carefully designed by a Registered Dietitian to meet the unique nutrient needs of clients, addressing various medical conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize health by offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible under Medicaid and the Older Americans Act, meal delivery options are conveniently available; simply consult with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for support. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may find meal coverage within certain plans, while individuals seeking self-pay options can enjoy nutritious meals at an affordable price of $7.75 each, allowing for custom meal selection and delivery. Additionally, N4L provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support comprehensive health objectives.
