MOVE! Weight Management Program

Located in College Park, MD, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to transforming the health and lives of Veterans through effective obesity management and health promotion. Our comprehensive approach includes annual screenings for every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities, along with personalized referrals to weight management services tailored to meet individual needs and preferences. Participants have access to a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who favor independence, the MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans to take charge of their weight management journey. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing weight challenges.
