Dean Kirschner

Dean Kirschner, LCSW-C, founded the Life Mastery Center in 1987 with a mission to assist individuals on their journey toward happiness and fulfillment. He understands that life can be overwhelmingly stressful, often leading to feelings of depression and anxiety that impact relationships at home, work, and school. Dean believes in the transformative power of positive therapeutic processes that help clients break free from negative habits, barriers, and mindsets. By identifying specific therapy goals, he employs techniques such as Cognitive Therapy and Behavioral Therapy, alongside a problem-solving approach, to facilitate positive resolutions for his clients. Acknowledging the inherent stress and tension in everyday life, Dean has also integrated a hydro-jet massage chair into his practice to promote relaxation training. His compassionate and supportive style ensures that individuals, couples, and families can develop the necessary life skills to lead happier, healthier, and more fulfilling lives.
