Kimberly Felder

Kimberly Felder is a compassionate and dedicated Clinical Social Worker and Therapist, holding an MSW and LCSW-C. With extensive experience beginning in the trauma field during her internship at a domestic violence shelter, she has held various roles encompassing crisis work, case management, group facilitation, and therapy. Kimberly has successfully worked with children, individual adults, and families, providing tailored services across diverse settings and clients, utilizing both long and short-term interventions. Currently, she serves in Montgomery County Public Schools as a school social worker in special education. Her treatment specialties encompass a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship challenges, women's issues, cultural sensitivity, intimate partner violence, child sexual abuse, and family violence. Emphasizing a client-centered approach, Kimberly adapts her practice style to meet the unique needs and preferences of each individual. Her ultimate goal is to foster resilience and support positive change and growth in her clients. Recognizing the challenges of the therapeutic journey, Kimberly is committed to building strong therapeutic relationships and creating a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to process their experiences.
