At CCI Health Services in Chevy Chase, MD, our Medicare Care program is dedicated to providing comprehensive and affordable primary care services for individuals of all ages. We focus on the health of the entire person, offering essential services such as well-care for both children and adults, acute and chronic care, routine immunizations, and family planning health care and counseling. Our compassionate team is equipped to provide specialized services including HIV care, gynecology, diabetes education, nutrition counseling available in both English and Spanish, and behavioral health counseling for families. We also arrange referrals to medical specialists and follow up to ensure our patients receive the comprehensive care they need. Accepting Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurances, we also provide assistance for those without insurance to explore coverage options, including eligibility for our sliding fee scale discount.
