Matt Willett is a dedicated holistic practitioner who emphasizes the importance of treating the whole person. His therapeutic arsenal includes cognitive therapy, neuro-linguistic programming, emotional freedom technique, along with his unique cognitive-intentional practices and guided imagery techniques, all designed to facilitate healing from past trauma and promote optimal wellness. A certified Reiki and Shiatsu practitioner since the mid-2000s, Matt embarked on his journey to become a therapist in 2009, bolstered by his passion for meditation and self-healing that began at the age of 16. Since then, he has been devoted to supporting others in their wellness journeys.
